Our SAL Spa Etiquette guide is designed to help you get the most out of your visit

  • Arrive Early
    Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes before the start time of your appointment if it is your first visit to SAL Spa as you will need to fill in a consultation form.
    If you are a repeat guest, please arrive 5 - 10 minutes before the start of your appointment time.
    To avoid disappointment please do not be late for the time of your treatment as this may result in a shorter service and the full price of the service will be charged.

  • Leave Your Belongings in a Locker
    We provide each guest with a private locker, a towel and a robe. Please leave all of your belongings in the locker provided.
    Please do not wear valuable jewellery to the spa as SAL spa management accepts no responsibility for their safe keeping

  • Turn Off Your Phone
    Please turn off your phone before leaving it in the provided locker. We want all of our guests to enjoy the peace and quiet of SAL Spa

  • Minimum Age
    SAL Spa services are only available to guests aged 18+
    Guests aged 16 - 18 are welcome, but we require authorization from an adult

  • Cancellation Policy
    We require 24 hours notice to cancel any SAL Spa appointment
    If less than 24 hours notice is given to cancel an appointment there will be a 50% charge
    Failure to show up for an appointment will result in a 100% charge

  • What to wear
    Please dress comfortably for your visit to the spa.
    Avoid wearing heavy make-up and strong perfumes
    Please bring a pair of flip flops or other pool appropriate footwear

  • To Shave or Not to Shave
    For Men’s facials it is recommended to shave the night before their appointment, to avoid overly sensitive skin

  • Athlete’s Foot or Verrucas (Plantar warts)
    For the sake of other guests, we request that guests please complete treatment for any Athelete’s foot and Verrucas (Plantar warts), before coming to the spa

  • Take a Shower
    Please make use of our wonderful SAL Spa pool and rain shower facilities, and please make sure to dry off using the provided towel before your service

  • Please Communicate with your Therapist
    Before your SAL Spa service begins, please communicate with your therapist any illnesses, conditions, likes or dislikes. Let us know if the temperature in the room is to your liking and what kind of pressure you prefer, if you are having a massage

  • Food and Drink
    A light meal is fine, but for your own comfort avoid eating a heavy meal before your spa visit
    Please avoid excessive alcohol immediately before visiting the spa. We want you to be relaxed, hydrated and fully enjoying your spa services, which may be interrupted by bathroom breaks.

  • Relax.
    Enjoy the peace and quiet of the spa. Please be considerate of other and avoid raised voices or disturbing other guests who are also there to relax and unwind
